Mamie Wang

Mamie Wang, PhD, is a Staff Bioinformatics Engineer in the Chan Lab at MSKCC, developing computational tools and single-cell methods to investigate small cell lung cancer and mixed-histology lung tumors, with a focus on neuroendocrine transformation. Prior to joining MSKCC, Mamie earned her PhD in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics from Yale University, where her doctoral research applied machine learning to model adaptive immune receptor sequences.
