Lena Morrill Gavarró

I am a computational biologist with a focus on modelling and high-dimensional data analysis on genomic and transcriptomic data. I obtained my PhD (thesis titled Compositional models for mutational signature analysis) as a Mathematical Genomics and Medicine PhD student at the University of Cambridge. My postdoctoral experience includes the Chan Lab in Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC and the MRC Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine at the University of Oxford. I am an alumna of Clare College, Cambridge, Lucy Cavendish College, Cambridge, and the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
