I am a postdoc studying how gene regulatory networks drive transformation between cancer subtypes, using paired gene expression and chromatin accessibility data. My current work uses single-cell multiomic data from adenosquamous lung tumors to dissect plasticity between adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. Previously, I developed a deep learning model that predicts metastatic cancer prognosis from images by aggregating per-lesion risk, and I worked on interpreting genomic deep learning models to extract biological insight.
