Bioinformatics Software Engineer (Alumnus)

Hi! I'm Britney. I'm a current bioinformatics software engineering in Dr. Chan's lab, where I develop computational tools to improve patient and clinical outcomes. Prior, I obtained dual BS degrees in biomedical engineering and mathematics from Penn State University and an MS in biomedical engineering from Columbia University. I am very interested in using computational tools, such as machine learning, deep learning, or data analysis, to advance our understanding of our own biological systems.
